Hamlet Homes Ltd was established in 1994 and since that time has been developing high quality houses and apartments with project values typically between 0.5m and 5m GBP.

 

Alongside our contracts for Housing Association developments we have handled domestic projects which have ranged from large extensions to private homes, with commercial work extending from fit-outs of retail and office premises to complete business park development.

 

The Company manages projects from feasibility through to completion covering all aspects of construction from ground-works and drainage to brickwork, carpentry, plastering and dry-lining, roofing, mechanical and electrical works, soft and hard landscaping, pathways, driveways and roads. We have experience of installing swimming pools and household automation systems and working with renewable energy systems such as ground source heat pumps, solar panels and photovoltaic cells.

 

Employing a direct labour force of skilled staff and where we cannot provide the required expertise in-house, works are sub-contracted to long established partners. The Company subjects all works to the highest standards of quality control, in addition to adherence to NHBC Standards and Building Control inspections.

 

We work closely with Architects, Structural Surveyors and Civil Engineers to ensure that every aspect of the build conforms to stringent requirements.
